Seasonal Tyre Fitter — Winter Changeover

Nine bays running flat out from the first frost warning to the Christmas shutdown, fitting winter rubber on roughly two hundred cars a week while the owners wait.

What you will do

• Fit, balance and pressure-set winter tyres on a campaign line, most of them while the customer waits in reception.
• Book wheels in and out of the Váci út tyre hotel and label every set to the right customer and axle position.
• Torque-check every wheel to manufacturer specification and log the retorque reminder before the car leaves.
• Flag worn pads, split boots or perished bushes you can see from the ramp so the advisor can quote them.

What we are looking for

• Previous fast-fit, tyre bay or workshop experience — or a completed mechanic apprenticeship anywhere in the world.
• Comfortable with a high-volume fitting day on your feet through a Hungarian winter.
• Careful with torque settings, wheel-bolt procedure and TPMS sensors.
• Enough Hungarian or English to take a job card and hand a car back safely.
