Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

Run two floors and a team of eight attendants at a 260-room family resort in Protaras, checking every departure room, holding the standard through the August peak and training first-season staff on the job.

What you will do

• Allocate sections each morning against the arrivals and departures list, and rebalance when the changeover load shifts
• Inspect departure rooms and release them to front office, keeping the release time inside the property's target
• Coach and correct first-season attendants on room standards, chemical use and pacing
• Manage linen, amenity and trolley stock levels and raise orders before a shortfall hits a changeover day
• Log maintenance defects, deep-clean rotas and out-of-order rooms for the executive housekeeper

What we are looking for

• Two or more seasons in hotel housekeeping, with at least one in a supervisory or senior attendant role
• Good English plus Greek or Russian for team briefings and guest contact
• Confident giving direct feedback and holding a standard under changeover pressure
• EU/EEA passport or existing Cyprus residence and work rights — this role starts before the seasonal permit window opens
