As an administrative consultant in the treatment section, you will have a central role in a varied and active working day. You work closely with both management and therapists, and are an important contributor to ensuring that everyday life flows efficiently and the quality is high.

- DutiesResponsibility for the preparation of service plans, Control and approval of time lists in collaboration with the manager.
- Daily maintenance of the duty book in GAT, hire of guards and registration of absences
- Administrative and managerial support, including practical and administrative support and case management for
section leader
- Keep track of and assist the section manager in quality data
- Case processing, up-to-date and archiving in electronic case archives (Public 360) and shared storage areas.
- Administrative support and assistance with announcements, recruitment, new hires etc
- Support for managers in relevant systems, including the Personnel portal and GAT
- Assist with orders, purchases, invoicing
- Other pending tasks are designed with the section leader if necessary
- Tasks in DIPS (referrals, bed mail lists etc.)
- Invoice processing in Eye-Share
- Follow-up of the medical sections in GAT together with the section leader
- Design and maintain weekly staffing lists
- Onboarding of new employees including welcome letter before attendance
- Absence phone and roster
- Qualifications Have experience with service plans, GAT duty book, advantage of experience and interest in preparing rotation/work schedule
- Has experience with the on-call doctor scheme and the collective agreement for doctors.
- Competence and experience in administration and case management.
- Office professional education or broad experience from similar work.
- Good ICT knowledge and competence within relevant ICT systems, both administrative and
personnel systems
- Good oral and written skills, good knowledge of English may be desirable
- Personal suitability is emphasized
- Experience with the personnel portal, P360, DIPS and GAT.

Akershus University Hospital (Ahus) is a local and regional hospital for approximately 618,000 inhabitants. The main tasks are patient treatment, research, teaching and patient education. We have patient services in somatics, mental health care and substance abuse treatment. However, the place of service is Akershus University Hospital HF and includes all the hospital's locations. The mental health care and substance abuse division has approximately 2,000 man-years and consists of the hospital departments Mental health care Nordbyhagen, geriatric psychiatry, the adult rehabilitation department and the research and development department, as well as local services at five district psychiatric centers (DPS), the child and youth mental health care department (BUP) and the drug and addiction department (ARA). The treatment centers for the local services within DPS, BUP and ARA are in Øvre Romerike, Nedre Romerike, Groruddalen, Follo and Kongsvinger.
