We are now looking for home care workers for a gig work relationship for care teams produced at home in the Siunti and Espoo areas.
You will become part of our close-knit and professional care team, which enables our customers to have a safe and high-quality life in their own home.

Our nurse Mira describes the work as follows:
"We provide hospital-level care at home. Regardless of the equipment, the most important tool is the nurse's own personality. You are a part of the client's and family's life, everyday and on holidays. You can do your work in a leisurely way, but you know how to act and make independent quick solutions when necessary. You also have a big team around you to help and support you."
Salary: We use the salary category G22 (nursing nurses) of the collective agreement in the private social service sector. The hourly wage is €15.31-17.33/h, depending on years of experience.
What we expect from you:
We are looking for a family nurse to join our team, who has a heart in place and a genuine desire to help. We expect you to:
Degree in social and health care (nurse)
Apply for a professional card
Willingness to commit to high-quality nursing work
Good interaction and teamwork skills and a positive and self-initiated approach to work
Valid LOVe permits, but you can complete these through us if needed
Strong IT skills to ensure smooth use of systems
Good oral and written knowledge of the Finnish language
An open attitude to face the customer and meet his needs
The ability to perform work independently and the desire to build a good and sustainable customer relationship
We value the wide-ranging expertise accumulated in the nursing field
Reaching customer destinations is facilitated by the possibility of using your own car.
For this customer group, we cannot consider students in the field.
We require you to:
Valvira's Julkiterhikki registration, vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act, tuberculosis report according to Section 55 of the Infectious Diseases Act for everyone who meets THL's risk criteria. We check the criminal record extract for working with disabled people and children.
How is the search progressing?
