JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a working student or intern, you make first contact with talent in the Data & AI market. You address candidates in a personal and creative way, always with targeted outreach that triggers people.

You work in tandem with our Talent & Account Managers. They manage the customer relationship and conduct in-depth conversations, you link them with data & AI talent: you visualize the profiles, make the first connection and ensure that candidates enthusiastically enter the process. That makes your role the engine of our sourcing process.

Specifically:

• You actively search for candidates via LinkedIn & other creative channels.
• You get to know their motivation, experience and ambitions through a targeted first conversation.
• You build talent pools and keep an eye on market trends.
• You work closely with the Talent & Account Managers to coordinate search strategies.
• You think about creative ways to reach talent: campaigns, events, content, networking.
• You contribute to internal projects that make Cartière stronger.

Depending on your ambitions, we ensure that your range of tasks can further evolve and expand, for example towards contacting new customers and developing customer relationships.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You are currently following a bachelor's or master's degree (such as business psychology or commercial sciences).
• You communicate smoothly and professionally, both written and verbally.
• You are creative and curious and constantly think about new ways to reach people.
• You get energy from contact with candidates and building relationships.
• You work accurately and proactively and like to take initiative.
• You feel at home in an energetic and informal working environment and enjoy working both independently and in a team.
• You are driven, flexible and actively think about how we can improve our talent acquisition process.
