JOB CONTENT:

- acts in accordance with Act 108/2006 Coll. and with quality standards (rules and work procedures), he orients himself in them

- further education in the field of social work and cooperation with other experts

- observes the CDS service activity schedule and methodically follows the service program

- takes care of the entrusted space, maps its specific needs (tools, defects, personnel needs)

- if necessary, provides assistance to users with hygiene, eating, and dressing

- is responsible for risk work with assigned users

- keeps records of user development, creates, fulfills and monitors their individual plans in cooperation with the user, or by persons close to him, on the authority of the head of the CDS, he becomes the user's key assistant

- is responsible for the preparation, content and evaluation of the activity

- receives complaints and resolves user complaints on behalf of the manager

- assists users in individual programs (according to given methodologies)

-participates in regular and exceptional CDS events

- regularly participates in professional supervision and staff meetings

WE REQUIRE:

- Completed higher professional education obtained by completing an educational program accredited according to a special legal regulation in fields of education focused on social work, social pedagogy or special pedagogy (§ 110 paragraph 4 letter a) ZSS)

or

- Completed higher education obtained by studying in a bachelor's or master's study program focused on social work, social pedagogy or special pedagogy in accordance with Act 108/2006 Coll.

- Personal maturity, responsibility, diligence, communication skills, teamwork

- Motivation to work with users and family members

- Computer literacy

- ŘP sk. B

If interested, one of our two offered full-time positions can be filled by two applicants with 2 x 0.5 full-time positions.
