COMMERCIALIST/COMMERCIALIST

Main Responsibilities:

• Consulting and support: By phone and e-mail, you advise companies on the Croatian market on how to best use our platform for acquiring high-quality potential clients (leads).
• Analysis and sales growth: You analyze the clients' business goals, propose optimal solutions within the platform and monitor the results to ensure continuous sales growth.
• Optimization of results: You regularly analyze the success of processing leads with clients and provide strategic recommendations to increase the conversion rate and achieve a better return on investment.
• Customer Support & Feedback: You quickly and professionally resolve all inquiries, complaints and suggestions from clients, acting as a link between them and our platform.
• Work from the office: The work is done exclusively from our office in Split (not remotely), which enables us to have faster internal communication and better team synergy.

Conditions

• Experience in customer support, account management or telephone sales (including student work)
• Empathy and ability to listen: you understand the needs of clients and turn them into concrete steps
• You are organized, you like teamwork and you are motivated by clear goals
• the requirement is knowledge of the French language - C1 level in speech and writing
