For our real estate services, we are now looking for students in the field for temporary employment for the summer of 2026. A summer job with us is the perfect path to further training and possible employment after you graduate.

Summer jobs in real estate services include various service, maintenance, repair, installation and/or customer service jobs at our various customer locations. You get to do summer jobs under the guidance of knowledgeable professionals in the field of building technology and acquire practical working life skills in a comfortable work team. Versatile and varied work tasks will develop your skills extensively and you will get a good start in working life. Your job description can focus on various HVAC, electrical or property maintenance tasks, either on the installation or white-collar side, depending on your skills and wishes.

Our real estate services handle e.g. building maintenance and maintenance tasks for shopping centers, hotels and business premises and office properties. In addition to the technical functionality and energy efficiency of our customer properties, our responsibility is to ensure pleasant conditions for the end users.

The person we're looking for

In order for the summer work experience to be rewarding for both sides, we expect you to:

- Educational background suitable for the position. You can be at the beginning or end of your studies from the university or vocational side.

- Some work experience in similar positions. With us, you can expand your current skills

- Valid work safety card, legal age and B driver's license. We invest in occupational safety.

- Customer service mentality and brisk and enthusiastic work attitude. We work alone and in a group, and no colleague is left in the lurch.
