Job Description
Trade Web Limited is seeking an HR Clerk in Ta' Xbiex, Malta to support the HR team with administrative and data-entry tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with HR tasks such as filing and saving CVs
- Scheduling interviews and supporting contract preparation
- Entering and updating data, including rosters and time-in-lieu records
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Discretion when handling confidential employee data
- Good knowledge of common office software
- Strong written and spoken English
