Irrigation & Water Systems Assistant

This role supports Agricolt's water-efficient farming methods. You'll help maintain drip lines, irrigation pumps, and humidity sensors that support precision agriculture across multiple plots.

Responsibilities

• Check water pressure, flow rates, and filter cleanliness
• Repair leaks in drip lines or sprinkler heads
• Assist with installing new irrigation zones during field expansions
• Monitor soil moisture sensors and adjust schedules accordingly
• Clear debris from pumps and small canals
• Record irrigation cycles using digital logging tools

Requirements

• No education required
• Basic understanding of tools (pliers, cutters, wrenches)
• Comfortable working around water systems
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
