Turnover Team Lead

Run the summer handover crew in Berlin: eight to twelve seasonal cleaners, a van, and a diary where every job has a fixed key-handover time and no room to slip.

What you will do

• Plan the daily handover route and rebalance it when a move runs late
• Brief and quality-check seasonal starters on their first besenrein jobs
• Meet letting agents at handover and settle disputed points on the spot
• Close the season with a written handover of what to fix before next summer

What we are looking for

• Experience leading a hands-on cleaning, facilities or logistics crew
• Fluent German and good working English — the crew is international
• German driving licence (class B) for the equipment van
• EU/EEA right to work and a clean police certificate
