• Tasks Follow-up of children and young people in homes and/or measures
• Environmental therapeutic work with a focus on relationship building and change work
• Guidance and support for parents/guardians
• Participate in the preparation and implementation of action plans
• Cooperation with school, health, PPT, family counselor and other agencies
• Documentation and record keeping in accordance with legislation
• Participation in meetings, responsibility groups and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Actively contribute to a safe and good working environment
• Participate in the child protection service's development work
• You have to count on some travel business
• You must count on staggered working hours with afternoons and evenings due to follow-up.
• Qualifications You must have education as a social worker
• Preferably with experience from municipal child protection services
• Preferably with experience from MST (multisystemic therapy)
• Competence in environmental therapeutic work and relationship building
• Good written and oral presentation skills
• Driving license class B
• You must have a good command of Norwegian, both written and spoken. If you have a mother tongue other than Norwegian, Swedish or Danish, you must document knowledge of Norwegian corresponding to a minimum C1 level

• We offer Salary according to the current collective agreement, NOK 522,600 – 614,400 depending on seniority

• As a senior with us, you can, from the age of 62, receive arrangements to be able to stay at work longer. These can be non-duty days with pay graded according to position size, adapted working hours or arrangement of work tasks
