Treetop Trail Complex Supervisor

The employee holding this position performs the following functions:

• manages and maintains the territory of the Treetop Path complex (hereinafter referred to as MLTK) and the objects adapted for visiting, and is responsible for their cleanliness and order with the farm's inventory;

• mow green areas in the warm season;

• sweeps the territory;

• collects garbage in the territory, replaces bags in outdoor garbage cans, carries garbage to garbage containers and takes care of them, timely informs the MLT administrator about the need for garbage removal;

• during the winter season, the area cleans snow from paths, stairs, sprinkles paths and stairs;

• removes windbreaks and windbreaks or broken branches created after storms; informs the MLT adviser about trees that may fall, posing a danger to people;

• carries out basic cleaning of the territory of the Treetop Path complex in the fall and spring of each year;

• monitors MLTK visitors to maintain order in the territory of the complex, in the event of a conflict situation, immediately informs the advisor (MLT);

• performs minor ongoing repair and maintenance of premises and objects located in the territory;

• if necessary, lifts visitors with the disabled lift, accompanies them, provides information;

• constantly maintains order and cleanliness in the premises of the MLT information center: cleans floors, walls, furniture surfaces, windows, mirrors, sanitary units in compliance with hygiene requirements;

• takes care of the fireplace in the MLT information center in a timely manner during cold weather, burns it with solid fuel, cleans it, if necessary;

• if necessary, helps to serve visitors and provide them with information;

• in the event of an accident, immediately informs the MLT adviser;

• carries out other non-permanent assignments and obligations of the MLT advisor, not provided for in the job description, but related to the group's activities.
