We are looking for nurses for summer jobs in the Uitto team and the Pohjolanti team.

Home care is carried out at the customer's home or through remote home visits in accordance with a service and care plan that takes into account the customer's individual needs. With the help of home care services, we multiprofessionally support the customer's own resources and ability to function and enable high-quality, safe and meaningful living at home. As a rule, home care clients are elderly people whose health condition requires special attention and multiprofessional care. Family nurses are part of a multi-professional team, where everyone's contribution is valued. Your teammates and immediate supervisor will support you in familiarizing yourself with the new work environment.

With us, your role as a family nurse is to guide and assist the client in basic care and to support them in everyday life with a rehabilitative approach, supporting the client's own resources. As a personal nurse, you act as personal caregiver for clients and perform RAI assessments and evaluate the client's functional capacity together with the team. The work also includes meeting aging clients, planning, implementing and evaluating treatment and, if necessary, organizing support services together with the rest of the team. Variation and independence make work meaningful.

WHAT DOES WORKING IN THE JOB REQUIRE FROM YOU?

- Nursing degree or other equivalent previous degree and registration with JulkiTerhikki and/or JulkiSuosikki (Licensing and Supervision Agency).

- Driver's license and the possibility to use your own car.

- Fluent Finnish language skills are required.

The terms of the service relationship are determined in accordance with the SOTE agreement. The position is subject to a probationary period, which in fixed-term positions is no more than half of the duration of the employment relationship.
