Duties: We are looking for a laundry service operator!

Are you punctual, self-confident and enjoy creating cleanliness? We are looking for an expert employee for our team who is not afraid of responsibility and can maintain good customer relations even in demanding situations.

Main tasks: Customer advice - Receiving clothes and reading care tags. It is important to be able to explain real results to the customer - we clean worn clothes, not renew them.

Cleaning - finishing: Washing, dry cleaning and correct ironing - steaming.

Quality assurance: Careful inspection and correct delivery of each item.

We expect from you: Very good Estonian language - it is necessary to understand the programs as well as to communicate clearly with customers.

Confidence and honesty - Courage to assess stains and materials and manage customer expectations professionally.

Accuracy- Conscientious attitude to technology and details.
