on the provision of practical help and care in the home environment to the elderly and people with various health limitations, in accordance with the care plan and decree 505/2006 Coll.

o regular communication with clients and their loved ones when handling purchases, escorts, food and other routine matters

o work adapted to the individual needs of clients, requiring responsibility, flexibility and the ability to respond to changes

o work in a quality and supportive team

REQUIREMENTS:

o SOU, SŠ education, social service worker course is an advantage

about an interest in working with seniors and people with health disabilities

o time flexibility (deputy in case of incapacity for work or vacation of a worker in direct care, alternating work on weekends and in the afternoon, according to the current needs of clients)

about independence, responsibility, punctuality, fairness, reliability

about the ability to empathize, a friendly human approach, pleasant communication and demeanor

for an extract from the criminal record

about the motivation to work in a church organization with respect for its mission, values and Code
