Are you a student interested in HR and recruitment? Do you want to gain practical experience within a driven Talent Acquisition team? Then we are looking for you!

Your tasks

As a Talent Acquisition student, you support our recruitment team in the daily follow-up of selection procedures. You will have the opportunity to get to know the entire recruitment process up close and to make an active contribution to the influx of new employees.

Your tasks include:

• Administrative follow-up of candidates during the selection process
• Invite candidates for online video screenings and selection tests
• Telephone contact with candidates
• Supporting the organization of and actively participating in the recruitment days
• Screen CVs and make an initial selection based on predetermined criteria
• Co-assessing video screenings and results of selection tests
• Working closely with the recruiters and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The range of tasks can grow depending on your interests, experience and capabilities.

Your profile

• You are currently a student (bachelor's or master's), preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, Communication Sciences or a similar field.
• You are not afraid of telephone contact, you have strong communication skills and you dare to ask questions
• You work accurately and organized
• You can work independently, but also function well in a team
• You are flexible, eager to learn and enjoy taking responsibility
• You have a driving license B
• You speak Dutch fluently and have a good knowledge of French
