COOK

We are looking for a Cook to join our team in Zographos, Greece, for the season. The role is based in a coffee-focused venue, preparing a variety of dishes, appetizers and burgers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare different dishes, various appetizers and burgers
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all prepared food
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the kitchen and work stations
• Manage ingredients and basic stock for the menu
• Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cook or in food preparation is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Awareness of hygiene and food safety standards
• Team spirit and reliability
